I wanted to become pilot in IAF and wanted to do b.tech but I m confuse to do b.tech with which subject...or there is no need to do b.tech .

Hi,
To become pilot in Indian Air Force, you need to be part of flying branch. For that you need to attend the exam. You can write the exam after 12th class or after graduation. Thus, it is not necessary for you to do btech. After class 12th you need to write NDA exam (National Defense Academy). If you prefer to join after graduation, you need to write CDSE exam (Combined Defense Services Examination)
