Pawan, if you want to apply for the JEE MAINS exam in the April session, then you can do so at the official website of the exam conducting authority. Now, the application form for the April JEE session was released by the NTA on February 7 and the application process will continue till 7 March, so if you want to apply for the same, then you should not waste time in applying for it. Also, if you have already registered for the JAN session JEE MAINS, then you need not register again as a fresh candidate and you can apply for the April session using the same credentials as entered in JAN session form but if you want to apply as a new candidate and had not registered for the Jan session, then you should click on the "Fresh Registrations Only " link at the web page of the official website and enter your details as asked on the portal.
