So countries like USA do not offer undergrad medical degree equivalent to MBBS.

The best route for practising medicine abroad is after completing your MBBS here.

If you want to practve in The States you need to appear for an exam called USMLE - US Medical Licensing Exam which has three steps, the final one being a clinical exam

For UK there is PLAB which is similar to MLE but has only 2 stages

For Germany along with the exam you need to have a B2 level proficiency in German Language

Other countries like Australia and Singapore are also among the favourites for doctors who want to practice abroad.

Once you get a residency, you’re not only a student but also an employee with a salary.

So my recommendation is this, do your MBBS in India, it’s cheaper and you get a variety of cases that are nearly unheard of in the West hence so much more learning experience

Then for your residency, pick the country of your choice and prepare for the prescribed exam.
