- You should also go to the nearest Reporting Centre (RC) – Report the matter to the officials at the RC, and they may refer it to the JoSAA authority to have it resolved quicker.
- Take Screenshot and keep acknowledgment emails as proofs – Keep the screenshot from when you made your application, along with the email from JoSAA, as a proof that your state of eligibility was Assam.
