As you have passed your secondary level examination with the OTHER spelling, you have to keep it that way in the neet application, you must updae your aadhaar according to your class 10th marksheet as class 10th marksheet also stands as a proof of your DOB.

doing this will ease and uniformize the process with no complication at all.
