Hello,
To be eligible for NDA candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years. There is no age relaxation provided to reserved category applicants for the NDA & NA examinations as per the rules set by the Union Public Service Commission. The candidates should be born between July 2, 2004, to July 1, 2007 to be eligible for NDA 1 2022. AS you were born on 12th September 2004 you are eligible for give NDA 1 2022.
