Candidates who are born not earlier than January 2, 2000, and not later than February 1, 2003 can apply for NDA. So, you are eligibile to appear for NDA exam. i think you're asking about nda 2 exam's age limit.if yes, you can apply for nda 2 2019.

because the age restriction for the candidate is from 2nd Jul 2000 to 2nd Jul 2003.
