I was clear Gate 2018 anf 2020 but I got only less Mark Gate 2018 score is 250 AIR almost 18000 and Gate 2020 score is 240 AIR almost 25000 which is a good thing for applying MTech if you compared both I am belonging to a PWD category EC department

see your both of the year score does not varied very much and in 2020 cutoff is high compare to 2018 in electronics and communication engineering , pwd quota. in 2018 cutoff was 16.6 and 2020 cutoff is 19.2.so you may apply for counselling from 2018 rank wise and score since your rank is low in 2018 compare to 2020. however you may also use careers360 college predictor tool to know about your predictable colleges
