The NEET eligibility criterion is stated below:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board with atleast 50% marks for GENERAL and OBC candidates and a 5% relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.

Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
As you don't have Biology in 10+2 then sorry to say, you are not eligible for the NEET.
Now you really want to be a doctor and you want to pursue medical profession then NIOS is a great option for you. You can again attempt 10+2 from NIOS and you will be eligible for NEET if you take Biology as your subject.
