Dear Student,

if you have allotted a seat in the first round of counselling and you don't want that seat.

so the thing you can do is choose the float option for the second round and reorder your seat preference and put your favorite seat in the first rank and then second and so on. Put the seat in last you have already allotted, in that way you can change your seat.

You can try this method til your seat you seat you want. But once you choose the freeze option then you cannot change your seat.
