Hello dear student,
What they teach you in school is good but that is not sufficient to crack NEET. As neet is a national level competition and around 13 Lakhs students appear in NEET. So if you want to be sure about your seat in one government medical college then start studying and preparing thoroughly. Try solving MCQ's and try solving previous year's question papers. That will help you achieving marks . Everybody is doing ncert and they will score marks when it will come to get marks in paper , then what is your extra effort that will get you seat . That will be the portion that you will do now . So try solving previous year's question. Take good books like Arihant's books and MTG . Competition is tough and you have to do it . I hope this was helpful
