Candidates belonging to Minority category who have not qualified in TS EAMCET can apply for counselling. However, such candidates are considered the leftover seats in respective minority colleges, if any, after all the qualified Minority candidates of TSEAMCET-2021 (M.P.C Stream) are allotted seat in the institutes. But such candidates are not eligible for Fee Reimbursement Scheme. So you can apply for final phase counselling, as you haven't paid the counselling fee before your candidature will not be considered. Registration for second phase counselling will start from November 6, 2021 to November 7, 2021. You need to fill the registration form, pay the counselling fee and complete the slot booking process. You cannot apply for second phase counselling if you do not belong to minority category.
