Yes, with a 1165 rank and SC category , you still have a good chance in the 2nd phase counselling , especially if you were not selected in Phase 1. Phase 2 is conducted for vacant/unfilled seats after the first allotment.
Not getting selected in the 1st phase does not mean you lost all chances. Seat allotment depends on:
- category reservation,
- college preferences,
- seat vacancies, and
- counselling merit list.
Keep checking the official TSRJC/TGRJC portal for Phase 2 counselling notifications and call letters.
With SC category and rank 1165, chances are still reasonably positive if seats remain available in the second phase.
