I was referring 12th GSEB Group B exam..I failed in 3 subject. Can I give supplementary exam by July or need to wait for next year...

Better you go and ask in the institute you are studying. They can answer it accurately.
Changing of groups may not be possible. Still you first have enquiry about it at your institute.
In any case you have to do your best. Try your best this time to score well and clear paper in one Go further.
