Sorry dear but CMC Vellore form neither has a correction window nor an editing option.So,either you need to fill the form and make the payment again or you may contact the concerned authorities,they will tell you the further proceedings.

But ma'am, my cmc application form is correct. The mistake is in my tamil nadu medical counseling application in why i had filled application for Govt. Quota. But i am actually sponsored by the church for my education,so it was instructed to me that i should file the application for management quota.Is there any way that i can change the application from Govt. to Mangment quota.

Ma'am, since no editing is possible, can i discard the govt quota application and apply for management quota. Is there any problem if i do this....?
