I will appear for my 12 cbse & jee this year.If I take admission in college can I still appear next year for better college or better branch

You can appear again because as per AICTE norms it is allowed but at the college level there would be an issue in getting class 12 certificates from the university or college because which college will alllow students to quit and lose the three year of fees.
