I will appear for my 12 cbse & jee this year.If I take admission in college can I still appear next year for better college or better branch

Yes.

You can appear again because as per AICTE norms it is allowed but at the college level there would be an issue in getting class 12 certificates from the university or college because which college will alllow students to quit and lose the three year of fees.

Yes, you can take JEE Main 2018 again next year, as a candidate is eligible to take JEE Main test a maximum of 3 times. However, pls work hard and give your best in JEE Main 2018. Do not just appear in it for trying sake. Data/Reports show that candidates' performance in the second year go down in JEE Main as compared to the first attempt. In the first attempt, candidates' success rate is much higher than the second attempt. At the same time, 1 year is a precious time of your life, so pls think and plan admissions in a way that your 1 year is not wasted.
