I will be answering jee main(b.tech) and jee main(b.arch) this year..so on admit card, details of both jee main has come..So I will have to show same barcode which is on admit card for both exams?

If there is just one barcode for both the exams on the Admit card, then you will have to show the same barcode for both the examinations. Because the entries will show that you are appearing for both JEE Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2, there is ideally no problem.
