I will complete my btech in December 2018, instead of completing it in may 2018. So I will able to give gate 2019 exam?

Dear Vijayalaxmi,
Yes, you can appear in GATE 2019, it doesn't matter whether you complete your B.Tech in December or May. You can appear in the exam either when you're in final year or when you've completed.
