Sorry to say but I do not think you will into MBBS or any medical courses. You can try for AYUSH courses. Also if you are from general category even then it is difficult.

You can look for some other courses if you are that interested in Biology in private colleges. For getting any courses through NEET you have to score more than 450. You can use this link to predict colleges-

You may not get into any of the courses coming under NEET by these marks. However, if you want to know the other options available after studying biology, then there are many available options, you do not require NEET for any of these courses. You can pursue Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, Bachelor's in honours in many courses like Botany, zoology, biochemistry, microbiology etc. You have to only meet the eligibility criteria for each of the courses for the particular university or college . If you only want to pursue courses which included NEET like MBBs, BAMS, BDS, BHMS then you may have to appear for the examination again.
