Dear Saumya, fear of needles cannot help you if you want to take up MBBS. Starting from the 1st year, you study Anatomy, Physiology of human body. This exposes you to study on human cadavers. All through the duration of the course, the practicals will involve human cadavers ubut dealing with various aspects of it. And during the internship, you move to treating an alive human being. If you have haemophobia, not at the sound of discouraging, Medicine might not be the ideal choice for you.

Hello Saumya.
If you really want to be doctor then you have to just study hard at your school level and while preparing for entrance exams. Once you clear Neet level exam then no need to worry.
They will train you in their own way. But yes practical will be of course based on all these things you mentioned..
Ok good luck
