There is a course called B.sc in Radiology and Image processing available in various colleges across India. The salary prospects after B.sc are not that good so its better to also pursue M.sc if you are thinking about the salary.
You can also go for Bsc in Nuclear Physics and then M.sc in Nuclear Physics. But for that you may have to leave biology.
I am quite perplexed about your disinterest in Medical and Engineering when you like Radioactive studies and also you like Biology.
You must go for a good institute and then switch towards research if you are highly interested in Radiology ahead.
All the best
