Okay. Considering that is a Common Merit List Rank, you have a lot of good options. Please go through the following link to get an idea of past year cutoffs:

I cant say much about girls quota but even without that also you have very good chances to get into IITs. Prepare your choice list by checking past year cutoffs. At this rank, i would suggest to go with the older IITs; if you are not keen on any particular branch. Also, stay in the counselling till the last round to get better option.
