Donot bother about it ..There is a chance for modification in NEET form from 14 th january 2019 to 31st january 2019..You can change it then..

Change it in their official site.

No problem, but if you want to correct then you can correct your information in the NEET 2019 application form 14th January 2019 to 31st January 2019.
