I wrote neet2018 and got 44896 and am a obc student then it is 18166. Can I get any seats in Kerala or thamilnadu ??

Hello,
According to your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, you have less chances of admission to Kerala Government Medical colleges. If you have Tamil Nadu domicile then you have decent chances of admission to Government Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu under State quota.
Also, you may have chances of admission to private medical colleges.

You have moderate chance of getting a government seat as the rank is a bit low.
It will depend on the number of students participating.
You should try for private colleges.
