If you scored 360 out of 600 then yes you have chances of getting government Colleges but you have a little less chances of getting CSE branch as it's cutoffs are very high. If you might be lucky then you could get CSE in 3rd or 4th round.

Their are some private Colleges which are better than government Colleges you can go for that too . They are as follows:-

• JSS, NOIDA
• AJAY KUMAR GARG ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD
• K.I.E.T, GHAZIABAD
• GALGOTIAS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, GREATER NOIDA
