See as JEE 2020 has been passed so you cannot appear in it and if we talk about your eligibility of JEE-Main 2021 then you are not eligible for that because as per the latest eligibility conditions released by National Testing Agency for JEE-Main 2021 a candidate who has passed his/her class 12th in 2018 or earlier then he/she is not eligible for JEE-Main 2021 so you are not eligible for JEE-Main 2021.

JEE 2020 have already been conducted earlier this year and JEE Main 2021 will be conducted 4 times next year in the months of February, March, April and May. According to the eligibility criteria of JEEMain 2021 candidates who have passed class 12 in 2019 or 2020 will be eligible to take the examination. Also, candidates appearing in class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination can also take the JEE Main 2021.
So, if you have completed your class 12 in 2017-18 then you won't be eligible for JEE Main 2021.
