In every government Engineering college 5% seat are reserved for TFW quota. Tution fee waiver means candidate whose family income is less than 6 lakh is comes under TWF quota. But you must have good rank to grab a tfw seat in engineering college. Tfw seat are alloted according to the CML rank.
