See, the last date of payment of JEE Main application form was January 2 irrespective of online deposit or challan. Therefore, nothing can be done now. However, you can write to CBSE at jeemain@nic.in and tell them about the problem you are facing. If there will be any solution to your query, they will definitely get back to you.
