Qualifying marks and cutoff are not same. Qualifying marks are what you require to qualify for next round which is JEE advanced. Cut-off scores are much higher. It is what you require to get a seat.
In your case, most probably, you will qualify in SC quota. However, it is unlikely that you would get a seat in NIT. But, you may get a seat in other government colleges.
Wait for official results. Only that will make it clear.
