Hi,

If you are from General PwD quota then you may get a seat in any IIT in non-core branches if luck is on your side. According to previous year cut off CRL PwD needed to have minimum of 17.5% aggregate total in JEE advance. For further information you may refer to offical rank list from last year's JosAA counselling procedure. Here are links which may help your case:
