Iam in a position of getting a seat through my CRL rank but not EWS rank in JEE mains but registered as EWS category then what is procedure

If you fail to show the ews certificate in the counselling session then your general rank will be taken into consideration for admission.
Also if you have reservation then you will have better chances of getting admission.
So it will be better if you take admission through your category rank.
You can check previous years cutoff and and select accordingly.
