Iam out of josaa 2018 so wht to do now as i was not awre abt freeze floats options so they said iam inelegible

I don't think you can do anything about that now if it is showing that you're not eligible for the counseling. But I would suggest you to contact the administration and discuss your problem with them for once they might help you if possible. You can call them or write to them through email.
