If your aim is scoring marks enough to get into a good NIT you should focus on scoring 150+ marks but if you are focused just to clear JEE Mains your aim should be to score 90+ marks to clear the cutoff.This all data is analyzing the past year cutoff trend and also this year's cutoff.These will be your safe scores.So I wish you the very best of luck.
