Iam sc candidate I got 80% in inter board and 79.5% in jeemains and my rank is 13000 in sc catageory am I having chances to get seat in NIT?

If your belongings to SC category and your rank is 13000 then you can get average Nit with lower branches .I would suggest you to apply in GFTI and new IIIT were you can get good branches
