No, the TFW students can't apply for scholarship as the whole tuition fee get waived and the student don't receive any payment slip which is a requirement for any scholarship.

The condition for the TFW scheme is that you cant apply for scholarship as the tution fee is entirely covered by the Government. So with any document you cant apply for scholarship if you are a TFW candidate
