You got 11k rank under which category is main thing you should have mention .
If thatbcategory is obc then there is chance for you to get admission into any reputed Nit but if 11k is your sc or st category rank than there is no chance for you to get selected into any nits as for sc and st the closing cutoff for worst nits ends up a maximum 6k to 7k.
