i'e got this college under government quota , and they are saying that fees is paid semester wise (2 installments anually). first semester fee is 1.58.000 and second semester fee is 41000 WHICH INCLUDES EVERYTHING - TUITION FEE + HOSTEL + MESS. but it still feels too much?
