if 85 _100 Mark's what will be my approximate percentile I am obc. will I even cross 70 percentile

Percentile is basically the number of people below you , like if you got 90 percentile that means 90 percent of people appeared in the exam are below you.

85/100 is a very good score , so you would definitely get a percentile greater than 70 . But it also depends on which exam you are talking about.
