if a answer in Jee main answer key is proved wrong , which is not challenged by me but by thousands of other will I will get it's benifit?

If CBSE will provide bonus marking all the students will get benefit no matter you challenged the question or not.

I m getting 85 with cbse answer key but I m pretty sure that there are 2 incorrect answers in it which I had given correct, and there is also a chance of 8 marks extra bonus in other two questions which I have not attempted.

It is not necessary that you have to challenge it. If the answer is incorrect and it has been accepted by the JEE Main Exam conducting body then in that case, you will also get the benefit.
No where it is written that those who challenge it , they are the only ones who will benefit from it.
