If a haryana candidate's merit is as high as ur-air, would he take a seat in air list or in haryana list?cuold anyone clarify please.

Hello there. Since for every state a separate rank list is being created which consist of students from that state only. If you are taking admission outside Haryana, you will not be having the home state quota benifit.
To speak up simply, if you are going with the state college then your state rank will be considered but if you want to took admission in national colleges then air will be considered.
