You have the mentioned the name of exam, so i think it is NTSE if yes than, last year the cutoff for geneal in punjab was 127 for 2017 it was 124 and for 2016 it was 114. Our experts hav predicted that this year cutoff will be in range of 130-140 so you seems to be in clear side. You have very high chances to qualify for second stage. For detail check this
