If a student got 15(theory) and 28 in (practical) chemistry and passed in all the subject is he be eligible for neet.

See the student should be pass in all the subjects of 10+2 and specially in PCB you should have achieved minimum aggregate of 50% if you belong to General category. Now if you would lie under OBC or any other reservation quota then you will be eligible for NEET UG with 45% aggregate in PCB otherwise not.

To appear in NEET UG you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions :-

For 10+2 or equivalent :-

>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.

>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).

>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.

>>>>> Your minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.

>>>>> Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.

The criteria to appear for NEET is that you need to have a percentage of 50 in aggregate in physics, chemistry and biology. It doesn't matter if you have just passed .

It's also mandatory to pass your 12th in every subject atleast.

For OBC/SC/ST the passing percentage is 40% and for the PWD candidates it is 30%.

There is no limit in the maximum attempts in NEET. The upper age limit has been removed by the health ministry.
