is the 50% criteria in neet includes both (theory + practicle marks ) or just theory marks because if i take both theory + practile my aggregate is near 64% but if i take only theory my aggregate is 50.47%. please im very confused

hi Sir, Im a student of wb board and I passed hs in 2018 and pass marks was 30% then i.e. in theory, pass marks was 21. I got 22 in physics theory i.e. pass. Now from 2020, pass marks in wb board is 40% . So will the eligibility criteria in neet be applied for me according to 2018 or 2020 ?
