Because minimum aggregate percentage of 75% is required in class 12th board exams to become eligible for admission in NITs IIITs or IITs.
so you are not eligible for admissions.However you can try for private colleges.

For getting admission in NIT/IIT,you should score at least 75% in cbse exams or in the top 20 percentile in your state board.
So,with 70% marks and assuming it is cbse,you cannot get admission.

Yes, getting 200 is a very good score and only jee mains score is considered to get admission into nits, but to get admission into iits, you have to score good marks in jee advanced provided that you have qualified in jee mains.
