Hello,

As per your query I would suggest you to choose based on the category which you belong to from General/OBC/SC/ST . Although you completed your 10th from gulf still as you mentioned you are of Indian Nationality so on that basis you are still a Indian citizen and so you are bound by whichever category you belong.
