    Dear Sravanthi, candidates who have given willingness as YES for upgradation round alone will be considered for 2nd/3rd round of allotment. Sorry to disappoint you but if you haven't chosen the willingness for upgradatiom as YES but chose NO instead, you will not be considered eligible for subsequent rounds of counselling.
