If a student participate in both AIQ and SQ for NEET counseling and he gets a seat in round 1 of AIQ does he get the seat acc to his preference in round 1 of SQ as well. Provided the MCC has not confirmed their seat and SQ result is out.

Generally, the AIQ seat is allotted first, and if you accept and report, then your state quota seat will be automatically cancelled. Yes, it is possible. If a student gets a seat in AIQ Round 1 but has not reported or confirmed it, then they are still eligible for their state quota seat allotment. If the state quota result comes out and they are allotted a seat as per their preference, they can choose that seat. But once you confirm/join an AIQ seat, you cannot retain both.
