If any b.tech Branch seat is not full, so can they take students below the cutoff or not

Hello Aspirant,

First of all you should know that the colleges generally calls more students the actual amount of seat for conselling,this is generaly done because many student apply for more than one college and leave the seat if they got selected in a good college.

Also there are more than one round of conselling to fill up the vacant seats and the cutoff is lower than the previous.

So there is a probability to be called so one must look for this on the official site or check for there mails.
