The exam conducting authority of the exam hasn't specified any application form correction date so far. It is also unlikely that there will be an application fee correction window, but if it is avaiable, you can check the details here:

Also, please note that the application form of COMEDK UGET is avaliable now in online mode. Last date to submit completed application form in April 19 please note that you can edit the application form, while filling it using the edit option until you submit it. Once submitted, no modificatio can be made.
