    Hi Pratibha,

    See let me clear the confusion here, if you by any chance miss the registration for the counselling of any seat allotment procedure then the authorities are not liable for anything. You should have been more careful. I don't think anything can be done but you can try contacting the authorities if they'll make an exception.
